This 2½ HOUR workshop is Module 4 in a series of Syntropic workshops with Jim & Julia on their regenerative farm in Woombye. Seeds, Seedlings & Succession planting is for multi-crop regenerative backyard farming, where you’ll learn mapping, seed & seedling harvest, care & management, and Jim’s seed-raising tips. Suitable for all levels. PLUS: Community Planting to follow, from 3pm (free & kids welcome) Invite your friends and family to join you & our community, at the end of the workshop to help plant our early summer crop. Introduction Syntropic Farming
Part 1 Introduction to Syntropics, and we build a system from scratch in an afternoon. Date: Sunday 1st October 1pm–5.00pm Cost: $200 PART 2 Introduction Syntropic Farming Treeline management & Pruning. Compost & worms. Part 2 is a more advanced inquiry into Treeline management and pruning for your food forest. We also dig into a bonus module on compost and worms. Reset a system ready for planting. Role of cut and drop.
