This video should inspire every Australian living in semi-arid climates with degraded soil. Thiago Babosa helped us establish our first system 6 years ago, and is still touring Australia teaching the brilliance of Syntropic Agroforestry with Rebel Black at the Hungry Spirit, Lightning Ridge. 

This is proof that we can regenerate this country back to a lush tropical oasis without much rainfall. This video gave me great hope. We've got this!

Thank you to everyone who came to the Sunday Sessions we have been running here at the Lighthouse over the last two months. It has been a joy to see our friends in community share their gifts and be supported by their community. 

NEXT EVENTS:
The last event of the term will be on this Sunday at 2-5pm. We will be planting a few hundred seedlings and talking Syntropic farming. We love community gatherings and encourage people to bring food to share afterwards, and musical instruments for an evening of connection.

After the great success of our One Day Intensive program throughout 2021 and 2022, we have reviewed our course and are now delivering a more digestible 2 Part program.

Part One will be focussed on setting a system and suitable for beginners and advanced gardeners. 
Part One is a pre-requisite for Part Two, where we take a deeper dive into Treeline management, strata and succession planting, and pruning for more advanced comprehension of Syntropics.
